AI Agent Development & Integration
Give AI a defined job, the right context, and clear boundaries.
We develop custom AI agents around an explicit task and evaluation plan. Retrieval, tool permissions, structured outputs, and human approvals are designed together so that an agent can assist real operations without becoming an opaque decision-maker.
BUSINESS CONTEXT
The challenges we help you address.
- Generic assistants lack the context required for business work.
- Unvalidated model output is difficult to connect safely to operational systems.
- Agent experiments reach production without evidence of task quality or predictable cost.
CAPABILITIES
What we can build together.
- Custom AI Agents
- Tool calling
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Multi-Agent workflows
- Structured outputs
- Memory where appropriate
- Agent evaluation
- Enterprise tool integration
- Human approval mechanisms
A PRACTICAL FOUNDATION
Proposed solution architecture.
An illustrative starting point. The final design depends on your systems, data, risk controls, and operational requirements.
- 01User request
- 02Policy and task router
- 03Agent with approved context
- 04Scoped retrieval and tools
- 05Output validation
- 06Human approval or response
Human oversight, access controls, and operational monitoring span every stage.
IN PRACTICE
Example business use cases.
- An internal knowledge assistant that cites approved source documents
- An operations agent that drafts a service request from a conversation
- A research and review workflow with separate, explicitly scoped agent tasks
INTENDED VALUE
Benefits to work toward.
- Domain-specific assistance instead of generic conversation
- Explicit limits on agent authority
- Testable outputs and traceable actions
- A clearer basis for model and cost decisions
Benefits are goals for a scoped implementation. Results depend on process readiness, data quality, adoption, and the agreed delivery scope.
FROM INPUT TO OUTCOME
A typical workflow.
- 01Define the task and permitted actions
- 02Retrieve access-filtered context
- 03Select and validate a tool request
- 04Check tool results against the task
- 05Return grounded output or request review
- 06Evaluate traces and improve test cases
Human oversight, access controls, and operational monitoring span every stage.
IMPLEMENTATION
A deliberate delivery approach.
- Create a task brief and a labeled evaluation set
- Start with one agent before adding multi-agent complexity
- Separate read-only assistance from write actions
- Review accuracy, latency, cost, and refusal behavior at release gates
SECURITY & OVERSIGHT
Controls built into the workflow.
- Enforce authorization outside the model
- Filter retrieval by the user's access permissions
- Keep secrets out of prompts and long-term memory
- Validate tool inputs and outputs; limit tool calls and execution time
SERVICE FAQs
A little more context.
Every engagement starts with your requirements and a realistic assessment of what can be delivered.
Do we need multiple agents?
Only when separate roles or independently verifiable subtasks improve the process. A single bounded agent is often easier to test and operate.
Will the agent remember every conversation?
Memory is an explicit design choice. We define what is retained, who may access it, and when it expires rather than storing conversations by default.
Does RAG guarantee correct answers?
No. Retrieval can provide relevant evidence, but source quality, access filtering, answer grounding, and evaluation remain necessary. The agent should state when the evidence is insufficient.
